Service Description

The NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) is a 120-hour instructional program designed for individuals in career advising, counseling, workforce development, human resources, and private practice coaching. The training has value for both front-line personnel and program administrators in various settings who provide career development services.

Cancellation Policy

The total course fee reflects the course cost and a 5% processing fee for online purchases. This is not a tax but a cost to pay by credit card. Payments made by check payable to Heather Maietta of Career In Progress (2 Marie Ann Drive, Westford, MA 01886) will not incur a 5% processing fee. If interested in receiving graduate college credit for the course, the total cost is $1,710 ($1260+$450). Payment or PO must be received by the course start date unless other arrangements have been made. Student manuals are ordered separately through the National Career Development Association (www.ncda.org) at the participant’s cost. Instructions on purchasing student manuals will be included in the payment confirmation. Seller’s Terms and Conditions Refund/Withdrawal Policy: If you cannot attend, you must officially withdraw from the course to receive a refund. Contact Heather Maietta at 617-925-5289 to give notification. Your tuition is fully refundable up to 30 business days before the course starts. After that, there will be no refunds unless the instructor cancels the course. Participants who want to complete the FCD Training but are unable to by the indicated end date have two options for training completion: 1) request a one (1) month extension for a processing fee of $200 or 2) transfer into another FCD Training offered by Career In Progress at a later date for a processing fee of $400.
