The total course fee reflects the course cost and a 5% processing fee for online purchases.

Payment or PO must be received by the course start date unless other arrangements have been made.

Refund/Withdrawal Policy:

Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 business days before the course starts. After that, there will be no refunds unless the instructor cancels the course.

Participants have 3-months from the start of the course to complete training. Course extension fees apply.
The NCDA Student Manual is not included in the cost of the course. The manual comes in eBook or print format. Participants will be asked to purchase the student manual directly through the NCDA website.
